How to Use ReiBoot to Fix iPhone Stuck on Apple Logo (Step-by-Step)
Note: assume you’re using ReiBoot on a Windows or macOS computer and have a Lightning/USB-C cable for your iPhone.
1. Download and install ReiBoot
- Go to the official Tenorshare ReiBoot website and download the appropriate version for Windows or macOS.
- Install and open ReiBoot.
2. Connect your iPhone to the computer
- Plug your iPhone into the computer with a cable.
- If prompted on the iPhone, tap Trust and enter your passcode.
3. Launch ReiBoot and enter Recovery/DFU mode (if needed)
- In ReiBoot, click Enter Recovery Mode. The app will attempt to put your iPhone into recovery mode automatically.
- If automatic entry fails, follow the on-screen manual steps for your iPhone model to enter Recovery or DFU mode (ReiBoot shows model-specific instructions).
4. Choose Standard Repair (recommended first)
- Click Fix Now under the Standard Repair option. This attempts to resolve system issues without erasing data.
- ReiBoot will download the matching iOS firmware package. Wait for the download to complete.
- Click Start Standard Repair. The tool will verify firmware and install it; your iPhone will restart during the process.
- Once finished, check whether the Apple logo issue is resolved.
5. If Standard Repair fails — use Deep Repair
- If the device is still stuck, choose Deep Repair (this will erase device data).
- Click Fix Now, download the firmware if required, then click Start Deep Repair.
- Wait for the process to complete and the device to reboot. Restore your data from backup if available.
6. After repair: restore data and verify
- If Deep Repair was used, restore from iCloud or iTunes/Finder backup.
- Test device functions (booting, apps, calls, Wi‑Fi) to confirm full recovery.
7. Troubleshooting tips
- Use a different USB cable or port if the device isn’t recognized.
- Ensure stable internet for firmware download.
- Restart computer and try again if ReiBoot freezes.
- If ReiBoot cannot fix the issue, contact Apple Support or visit an Apple Store — hardware faults can cause boot loops.
8. Safety and backup advice
- Always back up your iPhone before system repairs when possible.
- Use Standard Repair first to avoid data loss.
